冯政君，博士，1989年11月出生，山西吕梁人。2018年进入山西大学黄土高原研究所任教，主要从事土壤污染控制、土壤生态及固废资源化利用方面的研究。现主持国家青年基金一项，参与太原市可持续发展重大专项、襄垣县科技攻关项目各一项。
